C/S Explovent^® is designed to be incorporated into most architectural requirements

• Custom calibrated to your pressure relief specifications
• Clean room design for pharmaceutical and food processing environments
• Two Core Materials:
• 51mm thick aluminium skin with semi-rigid insulated core to meet typical wall performance specifications
• Translucent polycarbonate core offering varying degrees of light transmission
• Operation options include: top hinged or bottom hinged
• Shock absorbing, hold open mechanism to minimise the effects of implosive forces
• Powder-coated finish to match BS reference. Panels can be finished in Duracron Super 600^®, Kynar 500^®, Duranodic, clear anodised and FDA approved finishes
• Complies with ATEX 95 (formerly 100A)
• Factory Mutual Approved

ATEX 95 Compliance

The C/S Group has a Quality Assurance Notification confirming that it complies with Annexes IV and VII of Directive 94/9/EC (also known as ATEX 100A)

Factory Mutual Approval / Testing

The Factory Mutual Research Corporation of America has granted approval of C/S Explovent^® for use in damage limiting construction utilising the 51mm fibreglass core. Extensive testing of all core materials was successfully performed at both FM and Canmet Explosion Laboratories, Canada
