Guide to Ordering Frame Protection

Square edge channels are produced to specific sizes using line bending. Finished bend achieved is pencil round on outside bends.

Please note the thickness of Acrovyn Sheet should be taken into account in calculation of channel and angle sizes. Please provide internal dimensions required, as shown on the drawing.

Dimensions for Acrovyn angles and channels

Round edge channels and Thermoformed Sections are produced using our thermoforming equipment and customer supplied tool.

The tool should be made of blemish free MDF or hardwood material and supplied to internal dimensions of required finished product, but oversized to allow an extra 50mm per edge and ideally 400mm (min. 200mm) in length for trimming.
