The RFP Series is a simple to install, gasketed parking joint cover featuring aluminium cover plates over the rubber wings.
Economical, and highly effective, the RFP allows structural movement within busy car parks, without the risk of joint cover damage.
Available in 2 models for 30mm and 50mm joints.

Materials, Colours & Finishes
- Aluminium sections: mill finished as standard
- Gaskets: EPDM rubber, Black as standard
Fixings
The cover is installed using adhesive (supplied by CS) to adhere the gasket to the substrate, and mechanical fixings (by others) securing the aluminium profiles to the floor:
- Floor: fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 330mm centres and to achieve minimum 40mm embedment
- Wall: fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 330mm centres.
Note: frames are supplied pre-drilled
The standard adhesive used with RFP models is not compatible with bituminous finishes, such as asphalt. Please contact us for alternative solutions.
To ensure successful installation of the system the substrate temperature at the time of installation should be 5°C or above.
