Back of house areas in shopping centres are typically the most abused areas of any retail outlet, with large, heavy trolleys and delivery trucks scraping walls, bashing corners and denting doors.

Chequers Shopping Centre were concerned about both the walls themselves and the various fixtures and fittings that were on the walls, and needed a solution that would protect both from impact damage.

Chequers Shopping Centre chose CS’ rubber D-section crashrails, rubber corner guards and PP76 stainless steel posts to protect the walls and their fittings. The rubber crashrails and corner guards provide severe duty impact protection along the length of the corridors, whilst the PP76 protection post, deflects wayward trolleys and cages away from sensitive wall mounted equipment.
