The PDA/PDS series Expansion Joint Cover is a new addition to the CS waterproof Expansion Joint Cover range and is completely watertight thanks to the PVC wing seals that can be used to tie the system directly into the deck waterproofing system.

Suitable for applications with movement requirements up to +/- 60% and joint widths up to 100mm, the PDA/PDS series covers can be installed floor to floor and floor to wall, and can be installed to accommodate falls in the floor level.
The PDA/PDS series (below) is available in four standard frame depths to suit the project requirements.

The PDA/PDS floor joint covers can be installed floor to floor or floor to wall
The PDA/PDS series (above) is available in a Standard Duty model (PDA) or a Heavy Duty model (PDS). The Standard Duty PDA model features an aluminium welded capping, whilst the Heavy Duty PDS model features a stainless steel bolted capping.
If you’re expecting heavy wheeled traffic such as goods trolleys, the heavy duty PDS series can cope with point loads up to 1000kg., whilst the standard duty model offers a 250kg point load.
As with the majority of our expansion joint covers, a range of optional fire barriers, moisture barriers and acoustic barriers are available.
