ZB-SM is a surface mounted version of our popular ZB Series Parking Joint Cover. With no need for a blockout, the ZB-SM offers a ramped wing seal to allow vehicles to easily pass over the joint.
Perfect for retrofitting to existing car parks where existing covers have failed or worn, ZB-SM is simple to install and requires very little maintenance.

Materials, Colours & Finishes
EPDM elastomeric seal available in Black. Floor to wall models include a mill finished, formed aluminium ledge angle.
Fixings
Floor: Installed using high-strength epoxy adhesive (supplied by CS)
Wall angle: Fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450mm centres
Note: The standard sealant used with ZB-SM models is not compatible with bituminous finishes, such as asphalt. Please contact us for alternative solutions.
Note: To ensure successful installation of the system, the substrate temperature at the time of installation should be 5°C or above.
Stock Lengths
The seal can be supplied in a range of lengths to facilitate jointless installation, but handling needs to be taken into consideration due to product weight. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
